Does your fleet meet the strict standards that it takes to become
a Wootton Certified® carrier? Take a look at the criteria below,
and if you can meet all of the requirements, then we invite you to apply.

Must have proper and current operating contract and/or common
authority.

Must carry and maintain a DOT Motor Carrier Safety Rating level of no less than "Satisfactory".

DOT Safestat overall safety evaluation score cannot exceed 260. This overall score includes both Deficient and Non-Deficient Safety
Evaluation Area totals, OR not over 150 with 2 deficient SEA's.

You must carry exclusive general liability insurance coverage
of no less than $1,000,000, exclusive cargo insurance coverage of no less than $100,000, and workers compensation insurance
of no less than the statutory limits of your home base state. Proof of this coverage must be provided to us directly
form your insurance carrier, and provided certificate(s) must show Wootton Transportation Services, Inc. as the certificate
holder.

DOT HAZMAT authorized carriers must have current MCS 90 insurance
endorsement.

Must have no unfavorable assessments reported by CompuNet's Carrier Profile® . Carrier Applications are denied without exception with the following assessments:

Must have an on-time percentage of 98% or
higher.

Drivers must be accessible 24/7 via satellite,
cell, or other communication device.

Once becoming a Wootton Certified® carrier, the preceding standards must be maintained.
